Together and Always chapter 1

This starts off three years after the war. Aang and Toph are 15 Sokka and Suki are 18 Katara is 17 and Zuko is 19.

It was a hot sunny day in the fire nation. The gang hadn’t seen each other in about six months because they had all been so busy. “ It’s so great to see everyone again” Katara said as she sat down at a table in the dining hall of the royal palace. “ And why are we here again?” Toph spoke.
“Well I thought it would be a great idea just to see how you guys are doing.”
“Well you picked a great place, SugarQueen, because now we’re all gonna die in this ridiculous heat!”
“Hey its not my fault that its like a million degrees out there. Besides, the water tribes are to cold, the air temples are crowded and Aang is always surrounded by tons of people, and your parents hate us so we couldn’t stay at your place. So the only place left was here.”
“Come on guys! We aren’t here for five minutes and you’re already fighting.” Aang said. He had grown his hair out. It was about to his shoulders.
“Well we’re all here and that’s what matters” Suki said. She was glad to go on a little vacation. And she was glad to see Sokka again. Zuko came into the room.
“Its about time!” Katara said. “Sorry I had a meeting and Uncle wanted me to be there.”
“Can’t you go one day without your stupid little meetings?”
“They are not stupid! Its really important! And what do you care any way?” “Here we go.” Suki whispered to Sokka who was shoveling food in his mouth.
“I thought it would be a good idea to have a reunion and a little time off”
“Well I think its-
“SERIOUSLY! ITS EVERY DAY WITH YOU GUYS!!!!! BOTH OF YOU NEED TO COOL IT!!!!!” Aang shouted at them. “Now Katara invited us here so we could be together. But so far we’ve done nothing but fight and its driving me crazy!!!”
“Why did you bring us here?” Sokka asked. “I thought it would be fun if we all went to the beach! Only thing is I have no clue where it is.” Katara said. Every one looked at Zuko. He sighed and said “The closest beach is on Ember Island. We’ll need a boat to get there.”
“Then its settled! Tomorrow we leave for Ember Island. Wait! I have to go shopping for a bathing suit.” “I’ll come with you!” Suki said as she stood up. They looked at Toph who was still sitting at the table with her arms folded. “What?” she said. “I’m not going shop-Whoa!” Katara and Suki had grabbed Toph and were dragging her down the hall.
“Do you guys have bathing suits?” Zuko asked. “Nope.” Sokka said with a mouth full of food.” “We had to swim in our underwear” Aang added. Zuko sighed. “Fine lets go.”
